Core Construction

  • Sandwich Panel Structure: The door panels feature an advanced “sandwich” design. Both the interior and exterior layers consist of 0.45mm thick high-quality steel sheets, with a core filled with high-density polyurethane foam (density of 48kg/m³, meeting the highest industry standards).

Sealing System

  • Comprehensive Seals: High-strength aluminum alloy profiles are installed at the top, bottom, and both sides of the door, embedded with black rubber sealing strips. This configuration ensures optimal thermal insulation, airtightness, and sealing performance across the board.

Validated by professional thermal conductivity testing and numerous real-world installations (including extreme environments such as high-temperature paint booths and low-temperature cold storage rooms), the Mego industrial sectional door demonstrates outstanding insulating properties. 1. Comprehensive Safety Protection System

Given that industrial sectional doors are often installed on the exterior of factory buildings, safety is paramount. The Mego industrial sectional door is equipped with four core safety protection devices:

  • Safety Edge (Bottom Protection Airbag):
    If the bottom of the door encounters an obstacle or detects an abnormal falling trend during descent, the door will immediately stop and reverse automatically, effectively preventing collisions and personal injury.
  • Cable Break Protection Device:
    This serves as a critical safety line. Installed on the fall prevention拖脚 at the very bottom of the door, one end of the cable is looped around it. Should the cable break, the blade-type pin on the拖脚 instantly engages with the track, forcing the door to brake within 20cm, preventing a catastrophic fall.
  • Torsion Spring Break Protection:
    Installed on both sides of the torsion spring shaft. If the spring breaks unexpectedly, this device immediately locks the shaft end, securing the door and halting its descent to ensure overall structural safety.
  • Top Buffer Limit Protection:
    A dedicated buffer protector is installed at the top of the door panel to prevent the door from overshooting its upper limit position (running past the limit), providing a final safety barrier.

  • Roller Assembly:
    • Brackets: Made of 2.0mm thick galvanized steel, with a secondary galvanized surface treatment to completely eliminate corrosion and extend service life.
    • Rollers: High-wear-resistant nylon material that is corrosion-resistant and maintains integrity even after prolonged, high-frequency use, ensuring quiet and smooth operation.
  • Motor Overheat Protection:
    • The motor features an integrated intelligent overheat protector. When the motor temperature reaches a preset threshold, the system automatically cuts power and enters protection mode, preventing burnout and ensuring long-term stable operation.
