STO (Safe Torque Off) function ensures that when an emergency stop button, safety light curtain, protective device, or external system issues a safety signal, the system cuts off motor torque output, reducing safety risks caused by unintended door movement.The high-speed door can also provide feedback signals to the customer’s PLC or control system, including door open position, door closed position, fault alarm, operating status, and safety status. 220V Voltage with Multiple Power Options

Meigao UL-certified high-speed doors are commonly configured for 220V power supply, and motor power can be selected based on door size, curtain weight, opening speed, and operating frequency.Standard power options include 750W, 1000W, and 1500W. The 750W motor is suitable for standard-sized PVC high-speed doors; the 1000W motor is suitable for larger openings or high-frequency logistics passages; and the 1500W motor is suitable for large-size, heavy-duty doors or high-cycle industrial environments.Projects in the United States and Canada typically also require confirmation of 60Hz frequency and single-phase or three-phase power supply. Meigao selects motors and control systems based on actual on-site power conditions.

If the project site uses 110V, 277V, 380V, 440V, 480V, or other voltage standards, a matching transformer can be configured, or a customized electrical control system can be provided. Customers are required to provide accurate voltage, frequency, and phase information before ordering to ensure stable installation and operation after delivery.

In terms of safety protection, options include infrared safety beams, wireless safety bottom edges, safety light curtains, emergency stop buttons, and sound-light alarm systems. When obstacles such as people or vehicles are detected during door closing, the system can stop or automatically reverse the door to reduce the risk of injury or collision.

Equipment protection doors can also be equipped with safety interlock functions. The production equipment can only start when the high-speed door is fully closed and a “door closed” signal is confirmed. The door can only open when the equipment is safely stopped and all conditions are met.
